Listen, at some point enough has to be enough.

The huge money in college football has probably ended. Not that good money still exists.

But I don't think that SEC and Big 10 money will be the norm. The Big 12 is dead to that type of money. The Pac whatever has the people, but not the TV eyeballs.

Oregon is upping the ante again. Kids want nice facilities, but ultimately they will head to the Wins if the facilities are nice.

There will be the bluebloods...or nearly bluebloods...depending on the region. We just need to make sure we are perceived by the kids as the local blueblood school. Goodness knows the media will not help with that distinction...

you can put all the money you want in facilities, but bottom line -> you still need to win on the field

We should recognize this as a somewhat belated response to the locker room facilities at Kyle Field. Curious why this wasn't done during the Charlie regime? Maybe the big money horns wouldn't pay the freight while Charlie was their coach? Very Happy

Curiously missing is the video of Herman's first swing, which did little damage to the locker but knocked him backwards. Pretty comical really.

Anyway, the new lockers make me laugh. They look like vending machines with the LED trim lighting, must have been designed by an Aggie or Sooner troll.

Applause
