Booger M. is an idiot and I wouldn't talk to him either. MG is smart enough to know you can't reason with a moron.

Good for you, Myles.

Calling a football player "soft" is akin to questioning their manhood.

And in this case ... it would be an opinion categorically incapable of being substantiated by objective assessment and documentation.

How in anyone's universe is a player soft, who plays 1/2 his pure fish season with a broken thumb and the use of one arm, and then 1/2 his senior season with a nasty foot and ankle sprain, courtesy of Skipper the Tripper? And then continues to play and produce!

And that's a soft player? Mere words cannot adequately express how much I disagree.

With those same injuries, Booger would have been domiciled in the whirlpool and the trainers offices for the season!

Maybe I should have said "his last season", sincxe he'll never be a senior on the ball club.

Eloquent, poised, and logical explanation from Myles:

I honestly think some of these "analysts" are so full of themselves they are blinded to reality.

I don't remember Booger calling Clowney soft when he basically mailed in his junior season and didn't play.

Except for actual games, I've stopped watching ESPN. Most of the commentators' and pundits' positions are pre-scripted by the producers to generate controversy and sell air-time. Even though it's predictable (banal?), Booger, Gollic, and the rest of the crew ain't smart enough to fill air-time by themselves, and this Garrett "softness" controversy is the Nielsen ratings version of click-bait.

Actually, he wasn't very productive when he was hurt.

His combined stat line against LSU and K-State was.....

3 assisted tackles.

And this was after the 4.5 sack UTSA game, when both Myles and A&M coaches declared that, "He was finally healthy."

Looking at LSU and KSU.

They didn't have to throw. When they did they triple teamed Garrett with an OL a back and a TE.

They also ran away and rolled away from him.

Dae Dae should have had beast stats. They went right at him. He didn't.

LSU threw the ball for a lot of yards, Myles should have had a field day.

Look at the game film again, he was not triple teamed.

Yes he was. He was chipped and rubbed nearly every pass, he was straight up held when he wasn't. Watch the tape again.

I did see about three or four screenshots and video loops where Myles was severely held during LSU scoring plays. Hopefully the NFL refs will see and call holding against him more than the SEC crews did.

Myles didn't fall for the Booger bait - you shouldn't either. He gets paid to make controversial comments and stir the pot. That what drives eyeballs - or at least what is left of the eyeballs watching ESPN. Nobody would waste their time if every one just stated what we all know - that Myles is far and away the best prospect with a huge future. Heck, they even resorted to some stunt where MG was bench-pressing some dude. Next up - look for Chris Berman in a leather jacket on water skis.

Then, and only then, we will know that the end is near!

It doesn't cut both ways, Booger. You don't get to exercise your right to unjustly criticize an individual -- and then criticize the individual when they exercise their equally weighted right to say "thanks but no thanks" to an interview.

That gives one individual (i.e., yourself) all the "rights" in the situation and the other individual none.

Can you say dysfunctional, Booger?

Or, perhaps, this:

Quote:
nar·cis·sist -- noun -- a person who has an excessive interest in or admiration of themselves.
"narcissists who think the world revolves around them"
