^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Could we be so lucky?

That is exactly what they need--another running QB that is not a great thrower to further divide the team's loyalties in the big pass-happy BDF...

MUCH RATHER SEE THEM DO THAT THAN GET AN A+ PASSING QB

Feldman also reports Noel Mazzone, who was Sumlin’s offensive coordinator the last two season at A&M and previously was at UCLA, will have that same position at Arizona. (Here is a good writeup on Mazzone.)

Sumlin will reportedly bring running backs coach Clarence McKinney to Tucson, too.

McKinney had been given the opportunity to stay at A&M in an off-field role but will reportedly join the Wildcats' staff as well

I think that Coach McKinney has a lot of positives for a program to which we just aren't privy. Maybe his relationships with the Texas high school coaches or just the Houston-area coaches, i don't know.

I have heard he is a good mentor-figure to the kids, as well.

I think there are probably a lot of RB coaches that might be better suited for A&M purposes recruiting, developing and coaching our RBs, however.
